Love this gallery. Have you been back to Henryton since these shots were taken? The level of vandalism and destruction is down right disgusting. I went for the first time probably 10 years ago...and have been back a few time in recent weeks, and it's just sad. Still like exploring, and taking pictures...SOME of the "art work" can make for some interesting photos...but not usually. I'm going to try to get to Rosewood soon...but I think because it's a little more heavily guarded, we (my friend and I) may try to ask for permission to photograph.

Anyway, great stuff here. Very good work.

Unfortunately, the Königsberg Sanatorium burnt down last year. (2010)
Apperently, some idiots set a fire and the fire department decided to let it burn down entirely since most parts had been demolished by fire anyway.

The railing does look rather Deco, definitely post-war.

Looks like a lost ruin, in a way I guess it is... In a 'modern' kind of way.

The couches look like they came out of a bus.

the foundations, I'd assume.

Those are great windows. And I like the exposed brick better than the tile.
