I was in this room this past weekend. It looks quite a bit different. The desk is well rusted, and the walls are covered in graffiti.

I'm dutch too and it's almost abnormal they put a little piece of Holland in the US haha! But yet awesome. Love the piano, very nostalgic.

Another standard issue lobotomy room. High speed saws, power tools and equipment. Slings a mess all over the room so the walls are made to be hosed down easily. Has that musty smell of molding brains, etc..

Worked for IBM repairing the forensic center's computers back in the 70's.. The folks who worked there in this facility for the criminally insane really had their hands full. I remember the orderly's had syringe packs on their belts so they could sedete patients quickly. They had the worst of the worst for the criminally insane.. I knew a lot of the people who worked there and even though the building was old they ran a really tight ship.. Can't forget the razor wire and the radar in the no mans land around the faciility.

Found this poor thing today... only its rib cage, pelvis, and part of its femur and spine are left. Someone took the skull.

Jason-If you look at the next pic you will see that the old wooden deck is DEFINITELY NOT safe to walk on. It is very rotten. Even a steel one would be so corroded after many years of contact with sea water that it would not be safe to walk on.you might go 20-30 ft then suddenly plunge through a more severely corroded spot.If you ever get around one of these old hulks be extremely cautious because they are extremely dangerous & a drop through a deck on some ships can mean a fall of 20-30ft or more to a lower steel deck.Although in this case you would probably just get wet there could be cables,wires,etc to tangle you up.
