Wow - I just realized how chaotic my sentence structure was! Sorry everyone. That one was a challenge to read!

I love the lines in this one. There are several that draw my eye - The arch of the doorway and the curve of the bannister hand-rail the diagonal of the stair rail and the competing diagonals of the landing and the window ledge; and the almost verticals of the banister posts. It's almost chaotic, but my eye travels along the hand-rail to the exact focal point of the picture. It's marvelous!

Mica, I agree with you regarding the graffiti. While I'm sure I'd have liked it more without, in this case, it almost seems to add to the atmosphere.

I would be more inclined to support the idea of a "retreat" that those who need to get away while under treatment could make use of. Not precisely a mental institution, but more of a relaxing place to stay for a week or two for personalized care and a change of scenery. Anyhow, I really love the color and atmosphere in this photo.

"Skinny tub" is a urinal. The pipe on the floor is an emergency drain for flooding, probably recurring condition.

Why do people copy and paste from google/babelfish translator? It gives you a word for word translation & doesn't take grammar or dialect into consideration, so its not a true representation of what it says. The first few posts cover what the envelope is, means and says. Repetition not needed.
