TB can not only infect the lungs but bones as well, especially the hips or spine . Treatment might include month spent in a plaster body cast called a hip spica. Depending on the bones affected the cast might be appled from the toes all the way to the chest. The casting table is designed so the patients body is supported only at the feet and back or buttocks Cast padding and plaster rolls can then be easily wound around the patients truck and legs.

I agree with Dan (above). Could sit and scour the records for days. Interesting, to say the least.

Regarding your failed attempt in MD, I just wanted to warn you that if you were trying to visit the old Rosewood Hospital Center, the Baltimore City Police Department is now using it as a training facility, and LIVE AMMO is used at that facility. A cadet was accidentally shot by an instructor there last month, but training is still going on. Be careful!
I just read that a few of you are interested in seeing some Bennett footage. This was filmed in May of 2012:

The Bennett doc on youtube called "Broken Beauty" is actually all my footage from over the years. The guy originally stole my footage off of youtube *without my consent* ,but I decided to let him use it since it's really old. I probably shouldn't have been so nice about it ,but I don't see him ever completing it. Firstly he's from Ohio ,and secondly I have no interest in helping him.
The windows are open all over the place! Even top ones.
So it must have been an instruction with order:
"All windows are to be left opened!"
It must be good, then
Pictures are good. A good gallery.
