Motts:
In your opening description, you made mention of your "lousy" photos.
Please, DO NOT regard any of your work as LOUSY. There are a great many people (myself included, of course) who enjoy and APPRECIATE your efforts to bring these locations to use.
The only thing I ask: Please be careful in your travels...
I also am saying OMG.You are rite Wanderer, this iconic place has touched alot of hearts and yes has a great following like no other on this site. And now lets take our hats off for the girls who are getting out there and doing it for us.U Guys Rock.Christina you make sure you get all that is owed to you for your work.Cant believe that others would steal from you and use it for themselves.Or a little stupid to think you wouldnt see it.That doco idea sounds awesome aye especially if you could get some of the earlier footage when it was operateing. There must be sum around somewhere.Good luck with all that mate.Celeste, your computer imagery is amazing and it must have taken you hours.I hope you get the pictures you need to finish your work.I can see wot you mean Pat when you say that these places can kill.If not suddenly then slowly and painfully. What do we tell our loved ones when we go and explore these dangerious places. It is a natural high being somewhere that you shouldnt be,pushing those limits to get that million dollar shot. And so addictive.done it once and got away with it so lets push ourselves more.Thats when mistakes are made and we get hurt.So to my mates in the states BE BLOODY CAREFULL out there.
Took some shots of a abandoned hospital the other week and one of the better shots was of a sign saying:
These Buildings Have Camera Surveilance Beware.
HaHa was takeing snap shots in the middle of the day,in the middle of a working week.
Maybe they could see that i wasnt there to destroy the place so left me alone.Really wanted to get inside but it was well secured.
yea went there a day ago and took about 73 pictures of the place found the hospital the bowling alley bullet shells ect. this place is nuts i know f***ed up stuff happened there but gonna go there again asap and look at everything and by the way they took the security away in 2012 so dont worry bout those people but police do trainings on the weekends at the armary place. good luck and hace fun.

Celeste, I wish I saw your message yesterday since I made a trip over there. I would have been happy to snap a photo for you. I'll ask my bf Rusty if he has one. Would you have an interest in being interviewed for the documentary? I do have travel plans to Vermont ,but who knows how close you would be to me.
I spent about 7 hours filming inside so hopefully I got everything I need. I really do hate going in there so I really hope that is the last time I ever have to do it.
When I get at least one or two interviews, I'm going to put a youtube trailer together with some contact info, that way I'll be able to find more people to speak with.
