The sink is stunning! I would love to have one like it.

Wowza! More bows! And some of them in pretty good shape! Given the amount of decay, mold, deterioration, water-damage, etc., seen in most of these places, I am always impressed to see anything still somewhat intact.

Those are well-made ones and quite expensive. And you have to have a key to use them. Luckily we rarely have to use them. Are those Poseys?

You have to admit that these were a brilliant invention and tackled a horrifying problem. I personally have a real tough time dealing with bedsores, especially after they get to the later stages. And the pain! Geez, all I need to do is get a little blister and I am crying like a big dog. If I had a bedsore I would probably beg everyone around to euthanize me. If you haven't ever had to deal with a bedsore, you are extremely blessed.

Do NOT go and look them up. You will regret it.

Seriously. Do NOT! And don't blame me when you are a fool and go look them up even after what I've said, you knucklehead. Geez! >:-(

I am impressed with the physical integrity of that restraint blanket after all the years of lying there. Dang, my hat goes off to the folks at Posey!

Green is the opposite color of red, so if you did surgery a lot it was supposed to help the surgeons' eyes adjust when they looked up while operating. Don't know why they used it in psych hospitals. I think regular hospitals used it so much that paint companies produced mass quantities and it was cheaper. God, I hate that color after all these years, though, and any time I work at a new hospital I beg them to paint over this color if there is any still there.
