I grew up in MD And visited Glenndale many times.
There are tunnels going between som of the buildings that got flooded out. This is most likely one of those.

And I can see why too! The title really fits it. As soon as I saw this shot, I couldn't think of anything to say, except beautiful! It's really a breathtaking shot.
