It does look like a stander, with an activity table in front (on the left).
Wow, those are some old-school seats! I like all the warm colors together.
Dang! MY ropes didn't have knots in them >:-(...we just had to "shimmy"..can anyone say...ROPE BURN?!?!?!...eeeeeessshhh. I HATED those things. Fun to climb, not fun to come down. They tried teaching us how to wrap them around our legs in some "special" way, but darn!....I think at least one person from my old gym class is probably stil tangled upside down in one, saying in a small voice, "Hello? Is anybody out there? Little help here?" Cool shot though. Like the field depth.
That door would fit right in my house if it was stripped and refinished. 6-panel solid doors are expensive to buy these days.
Now that's some state-of-the art equipment right there....lol. Reminds me of those huge old sideboard-style, cabinet-top RECORD player/stereos.
Perfect title :-).
Those things get SO stuck in your hair! 8-o. Tried them once, and almost had to cut one of them out. They DO NOT just neatly unroll from the hair, but, well, look at them. Just like Velcro! I'll take my curling iron any day. Hmmm. I do like these kinds of shots of everyday-life personal things, though, Motts.. Makes you remember humans "lived" in these hospitals. Can't really be called "living", really, but at least an effort was made to make it more like home for the residents, whom I'm sure would rather have been somewhere else :-S.
lol...
..lol...yes...(I should be embarrassed..but strangely, i'm not...haha.) I just meant the first time I looked at the picture, I saw it as looking DOWN the stairwell from the top. Optical illusion, until you look at the wear patterns. Otherwise, kinda Escher-looking :-).
Eight words: "You have no idea 'where I come from' ". Two more words: "Personal responsibility". One more word: ......."Wow"... Now ,you have yourself a nice day now :-).
...BTW, somehow I've managed never to have made such "mistakes" in my life. Guess I'M the odd one out....
Previous comment: (Please excuse length. Just gotta respond, then I'll quit. Been on here for years). Yeah, I'm really "mean" and somehow "judgemental" because I (and so many other working, honest, tax-paying, law-abiding, own-bill-paying generous, helpful, reasonable people out there), rightfully EXPECT that the selfish cretins who "make mistakes" such as armed robbery, physical assault/rape, burglary, DUI, and murder to acutally be PUNISHED for doing so. Those aren't "mistakes", they're concious, SELFISH CHOICES that cause misery for other people because the criminal is so selfish and pathetic he/she refuses to get along in the society he/she lives in. Guess thinking that way makes us "mean-spirited" for expecting swift punishment. Well so be it in the minds of liberals. Sigh........ (insert whatever diety you believe in here) save our country from the bleeding blues.
OK, I have to admit I must be at least partly blind. I just realized these stairs were going UP, not down..... ;-0
autoguy- "He shoots, he scores"....lol....Two Points!--I agree.
