Kind of sad if you think about it. You live your life, you pass on and no one cares!! if makes a very interesting find though.
Here in the U.S. the city or county would have taken the property for back taxes long ago and bulldozed everything.

What a wonderful old desk! I'd bet with a little cleaning and some oil rubbed into it that old wood will shine like new. I would love to have that in my office.

Great pic!!There appear to be cobwebs in the far corners near the door. Obviously no one has been in there in quite awhile! Another lovely light fixture as well Mica! These would have have stayed in tact this long in the U.S. Someone would have picked it clean by now!

Another great set Mr. Motts! Looking forward to the next. It's always interesting to see the world through your eyes.
Thank you :-)

It does look to be a very sound building from the outside.
Is that some sort of fencing or wire mesh around the arched openings at the top? Just wondering if that was an atrium up there.

They give off such a nice light on the opposite wall.

That chair reminds me of the teachers chairs back in the day at my
elementary school. Very sturdy and well built but I would think they are
a bit too hard on the tushy after awhile - lol.

That looks like a very tall ladder. Bad luck to walk underneath!!

From the outside it looks fairly "livable" with a bit of TLC.

Interesting photo. It has an almost post-apocalyptic feel to it.
Very cool :-)
