Poor building. This makes sense with an abandoned nursing home my group and I used to investigate. We wondered why a certain hallway and certain rooms were burned but it never occurred to us that is probably was used for that purpose. We also saw bullet casings so the police probably used it for some kind of training as well.

This could easily be one of my favorite shots within this gallery! It gave me such a calming feeling when I saw it--all the greenery and all. I would have loved to spend some time, sitting and taking in the breeze and smells of the old building. Oh love this shot!

Motts, do you wish you had been able to explore the entire expanse of these tunnels and caverns? Imagine it could take weeks to do and a good supply of food and such. Anyhow, this was an interesting place and thanks for bringing it to us...on to the next :)
