Absolutely no respect .... even in death these most vulnerable citizens of ours can't be put to rest..... very sad.
Wow this would bring on permanent mental issues if left in this room, I shudder to think this was someone's room.
Could you imagine walking into a darkened room of an abandoned mental hospital and your beam of sets right onto this thing..... disturbing!!
Great shot! What an awful place to be brought to.
Great shot of the lightning bolt Motts. I never seem to grow tired of weather phenomena especially that. Also, the colors in the clouds are so neat.
Agreed wanderer, extremely barbaric.
Awful, just awful, very imposing machine.
Wow! Great shot..... but very imposing.
As the other posters above me has so eloquently stated the open ground, the treads and the earlier picture of the caskets were just enough to evoke a feeling of such sadness, your subtlety has to be commended and makes such a larger statement. I could just imagine how yourself and your dear departed friend must have felt walking on this island of lost souls.
Agree wanderer, just to think these pictures represented real lives that demand more respect than just thrown pictures in an abandoned building.
What a great shot! I've just recently found this website and what artistry!

Motts, the reverence you show these buildings and the past inhabitants shows that you are a true artist, keep up the great work! Just wanted to tell you about a site that might be a great trip... in Naragansett RI (or there abouts) was an old Naval/Air base with numerous empty decaying buildings, might be worth a trip, I think it would be a great window into our past, WWII-era and post era. Keep up the great work!

Cheers!
