I got stopped by the OMH patrol in July and he was this guy who was like 4 feet he was so small and he told me that we are not allowed to even take photos that this place is a private and is top secret . How could such a big place be top secret?

what is that on the floor

there was no law against it then and I believe that is the reason that these places were closed down in the 70's due to change of law that you can't hold patients against there will. I may be wrong but not sure .
