This must have been like walking into a time capsule. Everything left as it was when it closed. That's what intrigues me so much about old buildings. They represent a long gone era have have much historical value.

These graves appear to be very old. It was common practice not to use vaults, just wooden coffins, so the weight of the earth and grave marker would just cave in on the grave over the years. I'm not sure when vaults were developed to correct the problem.
