I noticed the cut hoses also. My first guess was that they had been "bench tested" connected to a shop radiator. If these were pulled after use they have been spray cleaned. I don't see any grease.

im 16 and have been 2 many psych hospitals, i have even been kicked out of adolescent units nd had 2 stay on the adult units... almost every unit ive been 2 has this message written in red more then once: 'wELCOME TO HELL - 666"
