Ya, I also have a picture of me on those stairs. Thats under the bbq place on the bridge.

That whole area is mostly underwater because of that pipe and also because when the river over flows it floods that area. Notice the cat walk, I walked across that when that area was cover in water, it was a rush.

I've been here, my dad lives about 5 blocks from the place, try going there at night, its some creepy shit.

That would be fun to skateboard or inline skate down.
