I,ve lived in valley all my life, and remember being in Sterling with my mother a few times. It was a amazing place, to bad they can,t restore it.

This looks just like that one hotel in Fallout 3.. Creeeeepy!

Ive been in this room! The view is sooooooo beautiful!

I've seen those details and the view firsthand... and it upsets me to heaar that they want to tear it down!!!

I love this place.... I am a little girl and everytime I look at this building it takes me back I would love to help and make it beautiful again

I think they were saying it would be an additional 100 million dollars to restore

Since so much money was already spent on the building , why not find someone to take it over and restore it to what is was.l

I thought that the electricity in the Sterling went out with the rest of the building in '98.
