somewhere in one of the workshops we came to find an old 80s retro full size arcade thing, and we were like, oh my god why on earth was this lefted there
When we got lock in AKA the holes in the big gate type thing, that goes all the way round, we had to go under the gate
Then walking away from the place cover in dirt from walking around the place we bump into the partrol people, it was time to go
i have been in this beautiful building and mott has captured what you see so well it so sad how the building was left to get like this and the grounds where such a beautiful place and very peaceful
just today I read that the re development is to start in the Autumn / Fall ...about time too. will the locals be able to afford an appartment/ house there?
I have been to Hellingly, and this door was actually 4ft off the floor, for what purpose? Who knows. If anyone knows, then I would be interested to find out why. anyway Hellinly is amazing, the morgue and the main hall are cool, and if you go round to the back of the stage theres a pathology lab!
haha i live near Waverly, and lemme tell you that place is definately lively. No matter where you go, if you stare into the darkness, you can see shadows of people walking through the corridors. The only bad thing is, Motts, you cant just enter the place cuz they have motion detectors and cameras and guards but you could schedule an overnight stay, and take some good pix that way.
This is amazing. I would love to know when you went round. I went round very recently and lots of the stuff in these photos has been removed. Its still amazing though. Morgue was the most creepy! It is so massive we explored for 5 hours and didnt see half of this incredible place. Your rock
wow this is an awesome shot. Me and my mates went round hellingly on boxing day this year and it was a humbeling experience and one of the most awe inspiring days in ages. These photos bring it all back and more, you really capture the feeling that eminates from this wonderous and unexplainable place, thankyou!!!! xx
