Growing up going to the movies almost every week, I would always look behind me to try and see what was going on in "that room" at the back of the theater. If the movie sucked, I would just turn around and focus on those dark windows. When I got older, I had wanted to learn to be a projectionist but at that point all the theaters in my area were turning into "multi-plexes" and doing away with the old stuff. It was a dark day in my life when they took down the last CinemaScope screen and replaced it with those smaller ones. ! I still should have done it though!
Holy cow! I wish I had bought that stuff. I'm facinated with technology both old and new.
