i have to say that looking through these images as well as all the other galleries shows the improvements on the facilities that we have now. I have been in and out of psychiatric wards to know that these places r not fun to be in. It is very boring in these places when admitted. I hate them, but find the history interesting....

I can't make out the worlds clearly but it's a kind of cold water "treatment". That shower looks like the one in this picture.
