Stumbled across the site while doing research on "opacity" in respect to power plant emissions and found it captivating and the photography astounding and able to "put you in the moment"...fantastic job Mr. Motts!!

Beautiful equipment! One of my first jobs was in a hospital kitchen; preparing plates, dishwashing, etc. We had a number of mixers & cookers that looked just like these.
