These are not that scarey! I never wanted them to kill me off. I sleep in a smaller type now, but I have slept in one of these ones. The iron lung sounds like a train a bit when it's on. I have a fuuny story. I was about 8 years old when I was in it. I woke up in the middle of the night to find the collar up to my nose. The lung sucked me in. I yelled NURSE!
