I remember this place very well. I grew up only a mile from here. My freind lived down the road and he and I would ride out bikes through here at night. I never saw this place as spookey . I do remember storys of people being abused though

in reference to the "You would think they would cut the power to the abandoned buildings tho...unless they want them to burn down." comment. ironically the administrative building on the top of the hill did burn down, thanks to some hoodlems
as a real estate investor, I wish I could buy and renovate this place into a proper old mansion. not some stupid bed and breakfast, but a huge house to live in! awesome space potential, and great pics! I love your site...
