There is another buliding in use its next to the building in the picture thats coming up. Its used for Veterans

I found this to be a very scarey building inside. the left wing of it has stairwells that were in a fire before and you can actually take your finger and write on the walls by moving the black from the smoke. its crazy. I also noticed that this building had alot more wheelchairs all over the place. There is a bathroom when you walk in the front door,go up the stairs,go through the door and make a right its probably 3 or 4 doors down on the left, It had dried blood all over the mirror,walls and toilet. You can tell that the blood has been there for a long time.I love this place.

Samantha,I was caught there 2 times and there is a pretty hefty fine for it,but we found that if you get dropped off there at night they would never know. We made the mistake of leaving my car in plain view.

I've been to Pennhurst many times and got caught 2 times like an asshole. I have all kinds of pictures and things from there. I have a piece of art work that someone did, it's an owl made from string art,you know when you hammer nails into a board and then wind string around to make a design, well this owl is so good,It had so much detail to it I was amaized how good it was. This place is the best. The last time I was caught there I was told by the security guard that they were going to start doing tours of the place once they made it safe enough, you know due to some building that caught on fire. Anyhow I love looking at your pictures I get to visit pennhurst any time I want now without the threat of criminal tresspassing thanks to you Mott.

I been to Pennhurst many times. Seen this room, mabey some can tell about the mesh cage in the tunnels. It looks like a big bird cage, has one door and made out of mesh. If i remember right some where near the barber shop?

Holy cow, I go a way for awhile and look what happens! I'm not even going to respond to the person who has called me a liar. I am long gone from the job of caring for the retarded. I've moved on . Nothing the unbelievers can say is going to hurt my feelings. I know what I experienced, along with the hundreds of other people who worked there and one final time IT WASN'T ALL THAT BAD.

Ive been here before. This is the first building i went into. I reccomend comming here. Only problem is dodging the military because there is a base right neer here. Ive been in all of the buildings and in every room. I know this place by heart. Great photo

My cousins and I went on Dec 29th 2005 at night when it was raining. We parked the car in the trees and went in with our flashlights and cameras hoping to see some ghosts. unfortunately we never did but we were scared shittless anyway. That place is freaky.
