this building is very historical and many people have died in that from being tourtoured in the olden days because of false believes and of false things like vapmpires and monsters and even thinking that the peoples bodies were inhabitited by acinet spirtis of that building and going mad by killing every one in there paths if you listen close on the top floor you can still hear the doctors screaming in fear when there time of death has come Some say you can even see some people standing by the windows to catch there next victims

I just heard from Long Island News that someone finally baught the property after it has been on the market for 10 years. The estimated cost for cleanup would be between 30 and 50 million dolllars. The buyers are making the State pay for the clean. Folks from Smithtown don't seem to be too happy about it all; traffic, over crowded schools

What's a little creepy, the painting on the wall, matches the many layers of paint on the walls, almost like they molded into one. Or just that they decided the color of the room based on that one painting. Who knows...
