We had those dispensers at my elementary school and I swear they were always empty. Or maybe the bulbs were just always burnt out. =)

This looks a lot like recent pictures from Chernobyl. A lot of Mott's photos do to me, but these daycare pictures especially. Visitors to this site would probably also enjoy some of those pictures. There are lots of galleries to be found and some of them are really mesmerizing.

Gotta watch out if you get into the buildings. There is alot of asbestos, that is one of the reasons why the buildings haven't been reclaimed. Not to mention a large homeless population that lives in the woods there.

my bad, for the first comment. lead and oil based paints have a tendency to amber (or yellow) severly. latex has always had the best color retention
