My breath caught when that first picture showed up on screen. I agree that it's fantastic that this is being preserved. I might have to take me a trip to Brooklyn in a few years! :')
The one good thing about this building's demise is that it took this freaky creepy tunnel clown with it.
I thought it was a super secure gate over a stairway.
I think that fridge would look great in my kitchen......
Medically approved tanning beds? LOL
Oh my. Wonderful shot! I find myself wondering how much this hallway has decayed since this shot was taken....
I really like that light fixture.

And why do curtains in abandoned buildings hold up so well?
Kinda gives a dose of heebies with a big side order of jeebies.

*shudder*
is it just me, or does that thing next to the fan, sort of hanging off the table, sort of look like a bra????
Looks like Motts and Gary really brought down the house!
I wonder if it's still easy to clean? LOL 'Cause I think it looks like a pretty nifty chair.
Motts says the figure is his shadow......

A ton of posters are convinced the figure is a ghost.........

Therefore, Motts is a ghost.

Hahaha

j/k

I really dig this shot, Motts. it's eerie and oh so captivating. The shadow really gives a spooky location that little extra EEP. =)
Thank you so much for sharing! This is one of my favorite galleries. :')
What a truly magnificent building.
Could pass for an entrance to some Venetian palazzo!
