The graffiti is what livens up this waiting room. Otherwise it would just be bare, plastered walls in some in a neutral color.

This photo has the appearance of a painting the further down the hall you get. And I notice what seems to be glass block near the ceiling on the right.

I agree with you, Binky. This architecture isn't anything that special nor the materials used to build the place. Now the old movie theaters and department stores are a different matter. Those had gorgeous architecture used with the finest building materials.
