The piece of label on the smaller piece does not match the piece missing off the record on the left. I doubt they go together. Still, this is a great shot. I like the light and shadows....and the colors!

Strong Troupers were made up until 1975 or thereabouts. Carbon arcs were discontinued because they caused lung disease, retinal damage, and a host of unintended fires.

My mind pulled up "bastard amber" as one of the gels that could be used in the lamp. I spent a very short time working with a couple of the theater productions when I went to college. Always remember the name because it is so weird.
