With me being a total fool in math, I had to go to a private math teacher before my exams. She was teaching me at home, and she had a 6 year old boy who liked to smear his poop onto the bathroom wall (so I didn't use the bathroom as long as I could avoid it). One day, he wrote my name with his poop on the wall right next to the toilet. Very nice.
Woah! I actually remember the office I worked in having that Netscape package back in the 90s. Win 3.1 was a real pile of ... well anyway.
Per Sara's question, indeed I do recall saving things to cassette tape back in the Rad 80s. Fortunately, tape technologies have come along way since those old days. :)
I would like to know how I can find my mothers medical records since she was in several mental insti I was in foster homes I feel it's important for them to keep records,I want to know what happened to her? and what time line it was? how can I find these records?
Actually a lot of medical records are supposed to be stored for 10 years now days, but they still should have been destroyed around 2009 ish and secured in a better fashion. (Locked cabinets or better locks on the doors.) I work in a clinic and you would be amazed at the kind of stuff we keep in terms of records. I'm something of a hoarder so my desk is down right scary. The lack of responsibility in taking care of the records is astounding though. That alone would be grounds for a lawsuit :/
I am probably seeing things but does anyone see remnants of an American Flag on the left wall (above the pole that is leaning against the wall near the open door.)
This is a disgrace to human kind! One of my family members was there for years. She has hydrocyphalic. I pray her records not in those boxes. I would like her records- but how would I get them?
I'm not crazy and I have been admitted into "mental" hospitals almost ten times since 2008 and I have spent countless months in rehabilitation programs (Jan 2008 to early 2009 was my longest continuous stay). I have bipolar and Borderline Personality disorder and I can function OK when I'm medicated. In the psych ward I've only met a few people who seriously seemed "off their rocker." I guess I had my moments at the hospitals like you would see on TV or whatever, but I wasn't walking around muttering to myself all the time and neither were the other patients (I was on regular security, not low security, it's just not REALISTIC to assume that everyone at a mental hospital is out of their mind). i have seen people get restrained many times, though, but if you were forced to stay at one of those shitholes against your will, you wouldn't be too happy either.
You're ignorant as hell.

This picture is so eerie.., the majority of hospitals I've been to, all still open/running today, are awful. Looking at the pictures of this abandoned hospital, I can imagine what it looked like when it was not in disrepair, and most of the hospitals I've been to are like dungeons compared to this one. I was at one hospital with nothing in the room but a "bed" with a rubber mattress and the window was a sliver with a grate over it.
