What if a former patient went to an other physican or hospital after this hospital closed? I mean, it could have become important to see a person's patient files- but they just "lost" it in there... strange. Is that usual business in the US?

"Just watch out for polar bears.." Sounds like an ominous warning. Like, "Hey guys, watch this!"

No I'm not sure when the fire(s) occurred, one may need to dig into the local news archive to find out.
What a Picture. Like. Well done.
What a mess. According to official notes, all these files "are in storage"
but it probably does not say "what" kind of storage.
Problem solved; they way we Human Beings solve things, by doing nothing.
Fun Evert Day.

Bah i was fooled by the name... Nice racks though!
It is, indeed, a beautiful old machine! And you took a great photo of it, Motts! But if someone hasn't taken it by now, or the 'brats' haven't ruined it by now, I'd like to predict something. I predict that by the end of this next weekend, that beautiful projector will most certainly be gone!...And Nope! I, nor anyone I know, will be taking it! It's just that some 'recycler' or 'antique dealer' will probably see it on this website and go after it. They just can't seem to help themselves! : ((
Awww. He does look very, very sad. : (
Boy! I bet that water did have a certain...uh...pungent aroma to it! Also, I hope the critter was still alive so that it didn't add to the unpleasant stench of the place! : ) Oh, the things that you go thru, and put up with, for us, Motts! Thank you!
Oh, wow! Motts, I really like this shot! The way you set it up is great!
The seat does look like a style from a bygone era. Not only that, but it does look well worn and quite possibly like it could have been in a fire (and they couldn't quite get all the soot stains off when they cleaaned it).
@Motts. I totally agree with you re your own comments about this photo. Thanks for taking a closeup shot for us!
@LucieLou. I agree with you 100%!
It's shocking how much medical equipment, medical supplies, and paperwork the last employees at this hospital left behind, when it closed! What a waste!
