LOL bobo! Watch your step! Those are some serious holes!
I want those stained glass windows! I wonder how much they would be worth? That statue is very creepy too. What is it holding in its hand?
What is that streak of light in the upper left-hand corner! It looks like a tornado coming out of that thing on the roof.

It really does look like the vegetation (Mother Nature) is going to swallow these buildings up!
Sheesh. Talk about a fixer-upper! That roof looks seriously rotted. I love this view though! I mentioned the movie "Willie Wonka And The Chocolate Factory" earlier, and this shot reminds me of at the very end when they are in the glass elevator going over the whole town...that was actually filmed in Munich in 1970 and it was filmed partially at the Munich Gaswerks. (Thank you Google!)
I have never heard of this either. How unique! What a pretty view too.
Wow. That is some serious vertigo for sure! Going down to the depths of hell...

I hope you were careful Mr. Motts! :)
Wow! That is some seriously creative ceiling work!

I hope it isn't a message for the aliens to come invade us...or the beacon to tell the Zombies where to go...!
Almost looks like a mirror image, doesn't it?

This room looks so big and airy.
ILoveDecay--that is indeed what Mr. Motts stated, I remember that clearly. :)

The colors are so pretty here.

Amazing architecture! This was made by hand 100 years ago. Wow.
I agree B...though that would prolly get him in hot water if he went TOO public with his...expeditions. We don't want Mr. Motts in trouble with Johnny Law for breaking & entering, tresspassing...you know that stuff. ;)

This makes me think of a painting I once saw. It might have been from Escher, I don't remember but it was eerily similar to this.

What an incredible detail. Leave it to the Germans to build something so dramatic. True artist.
Funny that it appears that only the three left-hand windows are broken. I can't tell if any of the others are from this angle, but it looks as though they are intact. I would LOVE that door!
That is a gorgeous door! You can't find them like this...the craftmanship alone is just unbelieveable!

I love the paint crumbling away to reveal other colors. :)
Weird doors. Seeing double!
