This is truly sad. All this space could be turned into homes for those who are trying to get off the streets and make a better life for themselves. It is sad to see enormous structures such as this go unused while a portion of the world suffer from no roof over their heads

Once again..I am drawn to the floor pieces. Doesn't seem like it would take much to fix this up. Why let it rot?

What i find interesting is how closely they are wired to each other. Wouldn't see that type of building code in the states.

Amazing just how quickly an abandoned building deteriorates.

The lights are fluorescent fixtures. I've not seen versions with so many tubes on them but I seem to recall seeing images from the abandoned Gary, IN post office before it got throughly trashed that were quite similar fashioned lights.
