Pagasus64, Ms. Bland was driving down the street when a patrol car passed her going the other way. The patrol car flipped a u turn asap and sped up, She didn't know it at the time but the patrolman was coming after her. She saw him coming up fast and assumed he was on a call and moved over so he could go by. The patrolman pulled behind her and hit his lights. On the dashboard video of the stop the Patrolman clearly stated he pulled her over for changing lanes without signaling. She then explains that she was moving over because he had come up behind her so fast and he escalated the situation from there.
