i swear, i was totally hooked on infrared photography in college. graveyards were a favorite subject. loading the camera was a pain in the ass, though, as i didn't have a special bag for it (not many dark closets in the graveyard), but even so....

my dear motts, i love it!!! keep them coming! =O

beautiful shot! but, then again, i am very partial to infrared photography. *hint* *hint* ;)

but, be that as it may, the composition is simply marvelous, as is it with just about all of your amazing photos, motts. very nice.

The screens above the doors on either side of the stage make me think that there may once have been a Theater Organ (such as a Wurlitzer) installed. Of course, if there ever was such a thing, I'm sure it's long since removed or trashed.

Sometimes people would get a little "frisky" and throw items up at the lights, so the metal grates kept their seatmates from getting a glass shower.
They probably should install these in most high schools these days. ;-)

Why did they just toss that stuff in there like that? To me, that is extremely disrespectful. Couldn't they "store" them neatly or something. I can just envision a hospital worker gathering someone's stuff (someone that hopefully went to a better place) and throwing it carelessly inside. God, gives me the creeps and makes my heart hurt.

Clowns should be outlawed. The girl looks happy enough, but then again, she's looking at the butterfly

It reads, "In joy your summ", maybe a first attempt at the message below. Another message nearby read, "Happy Easter to all my friends".
