The two holes - how scary they are - to see someones eyes looking through those holes. It is worse than a little window, methinks.
It is perfect, the spiral stair case. And you picture is perfect. Center. Focus.

With the safety fence on the side of the steps, to prevent a patient or inmate from harming themselves or others, you would think the same thing would be on the window as well. Even more so, due to the fact it can bo opened.
