not that im admitting anything here ...lol...but when i was in a hospital for unnamed reasons our trips outside were timed..I'm assuming that would be the reason the clock is hanging outside...maybe this was a garden area in its hayday?

Its a Tends machine, I have a newer modle its portable, i used it to stiffness and pain control, it shots my muscles with electricity.
