So sad that these graffiti people can't put there energy and talent into something productive.
Although, the angle that you shot at fools the eye at first. Good Shot!!!
It reminds me of a dream I once had... so surreal- yet vibrant - like a window into a fairytale land.
Who is the oh, so hot gentleman in the photo, crouched next to the wall?
sam-cheese girl, if you check out some of the earlier sights, you will see some soap-dispensers, as well as non-soap-dispensers, and the funny comments at these sites. It's all in fun!

Unusual that they would have the windows opening on to the inside. If U weren't watching where U were going, U could run right into an open window. That could be the true meaning of "knock yourself out".
How sad, to see such beauty and good, gone bad. I live in Evansville, Indiana, and a week ago, found out that someone in our tri-state area is going to renovate what is left of our old turberculosis hospital- Behne Camp Hospital, into upscale condos, and an activity area. It has been neglected and abandoned since I was very, very small. If anyone would like more information, let me know on this chat-& comment section. Thanks!

I'd hate to be the one who had to keep all those windows clean.

Wow, that looks really modern in the 1937 picture. Kind of sad what seventy years does to such a place.

The remodeling is discusting. They just took all the character out of the room. And I supposed that they actually thought it looked beter. Hmmmmm.

The best I can guess is that it was used to hook a patient up to pure oxygen. Maybe Lynn would know better....
