If only I had the balls to go in there after all the stories I have heard from this place. I do know that when you drive by it, you get "that feeling". All the stuff I heard was just too damn scary to actually go in there. Though as I'm older now, I would visit if I didn't move to the west coast.
I don't know if it's mentioned anywhere on here, but houses in the area, were inhabited by doctors that worked there. Most, if not all of those houses had tunnels connected from the basements to the hospitals cellar. Spirits inhabit those halls as well as some of the houses. Alot of messed up things went on here, that were lost in records or just kept "on the downlow". Of course, this is just what I hear from my grandparents, my mother, aunts, and now former school teachers and people who live right around that area.
WE went to the NH Mental Hospital, could have been one of the most scariest experiences i have ever encountered. We went with a bunch of our friends, on halloween of last year. We drove in, and our tires just boom, POPPED. Then we all go out to see what it was, and my friend saw a flashlight n the window of the hospital. However we just thought it was a cop patrolling the night. Then we called out to the cop, and right when we started screaming the light shut off. My dare-devil climbed up those metal barcades on the side, then the rest of us followed him up. When we got in i saw the light again, as we started to follow it, it would shut off. My boyfriend and his friend we screaming and were no where to be found. We both folowed there voices, and we found them in the boiler room huddeled up. Then we all left, scared and confused.
just wondering if the northhamptonhospital has been completely torn down or if anyone can go visit whats left of it its so erery looking it would be a placei wouldn't want be at night
I did read your comment. "Exploration" has become more popular over the years, and if it turns to that then I will be doing something else. There isn't anything I can do to change the process if that happens.
There are many people in the hallway because this was an event held where people from all over the US and Canada were attending. Most had been exploring for quite some time.
Just looking at those walls makes me angry already! I've always thought that these hospitals tried to help patients, but looking at this site, I've changed my mind.
