Ooo, neat, a slanted wall with a window in it! Probably that much easier to work with than my current house, where the stairs are in the middle and there's no hallway upstairs so I have a small boxy closet with a tilted floor-ceiling to the stairs.

OMG ~ it always hurts me when I see people abuse, neglect or throw out books. Possibly because I'm a bookworm and writer but still. . . couldn't these have been donated to some place. After all there is information in these books, granted it is probably dated, but still it's history and give a picture of the mind set of the time
