Y'mean, they didn't just leave these faithful tooth-scrubbers for shiny new ones??
In light of the fact that the cabinet had space for 10 rows, 10 toothbrushes per row, if everyone in a ward had theirs kept together, maybe 100 people on each ward.

Prior to seeing photos of this particular place, I really did sometimes think about toothbrushes, etc in hospitals.

The buildings are beautiful. Their decline is sad. That's what it is.

Uh...yowza...people collecting/fighting over things that resemble armored fire hydrants... Anyway, I find it strange that early fan designers didn't think to put covers on the blades in the first place...though in the ceiling they wouldn't need to.

...might be useful to know which vents only lead to the heating coils.
