Yes, dear Claudia - certainly am, hope You are also, and as most considerate, clever + kind Mr. Motts has provided LOTS of information + old maps, are most helpful - and Google Earth quite awesome with 3D of buildings + Time Slide of it all "without leaves", + Street View, too - so will spent a lot of time here pondering The Event.....

Somebody cleaned up a lot of fallen debris on the floor in here at one point, or so it seems. I would think all that fallen ceiling plaster would amount to more.

Those floor joists are huge. No wonder it's taken so long for them to fail. Lumber like that is high dollar these days.
