I think it could actually have been a fork. There is nothing really to show the scale of the picture so it could be that those lines are at an appropriate fork-width.

They say blue is supposed to be a calming color, but it makes this room feel rather cold and desolate.

all those residents that died and their body parts ended up here and we are sitting here saying: oh how beautiful. we are all truly messed up.

@jackieB-Those chairs were in my college dorm too! They were in the Hall Lounge. I guess those are the "standard" chairs for any institution. They look like they last forever! : )

LOL, those chairs remind me so much of college. I never liked sitting in them for too long though. Its funny to see them in hospitals too. I bet there are still a lot of these chairs on some college common areas

These cribs could of been used for babies diagnosed with down syndrome perhaps.
