I moved to Nottingham in the mid 70's (Bensalem) which borders the state grounds
we ventured through the old byberry and it was quite the thrill! I cherish the memories.

dear benz boy 903 yes i heard of eastern state school and hspital in trevose pennsylvania in fact the 14 bus which was the B bus at the time and yes you guest it i was there in 1980 to 1981 sometimes we would go to philadelphia state hospital to take some people there and pick them up when we went on feild trips back then
