ALMOST every building is made of steel and concrete. Old administrtion on the other hand, is made of all WOOD. If a fire starts in there, the whole entire building will probably burn to the ground.

I've seen at least 20-30 abandoned morgues, and have never seen a sealed off the refrigeration unit. The bodies aren't left inside when a hospital closes.

Most of the time you don't see this. They seal off the fridge with cement because dead humans are considered toxic waste and a morgue fridge is a bio harzard area.
