I would guess it has more to do with the demise of the rust belt industries than with the weather. When the economy of an area goes down, there isn't any money for niceties like putting on a new roof. I am amazed by how much the entire city of Williamsport, PA has gone downhill since that branch of Bethlehem Steel closed.

Bill, Are you referring to "2001: A Space Odyssey?" No hard feelings to fans of this movie but I thought it was one of the most boring, overrated movies of all time! If anyone hasn't seen it, good luck making it through the whole thing. Sorry, One of my weaknesses is getting pissed off at a movie. All the faithful asshats are saying, "Marty, It's a movie. Get over it!"

THe railraods are notorious for letting history go and for destroying history. Anything along the right away is fair game for the wrecking ball or just a bull dozer...Lots of history slips through their hands everyday

It's a long walk up 15 flights of stairs! The balcony floor has 6 separate doors that lead to individual balconies. The view is spectacular! You can always see Niagara Falls and sometimes Toronto on a clear day.

shame the building is not used. the old b&o staion here in town is being used by the collage ,and it's great how they have maintained it.

trying to cram a meaning into stencils usually ends up being the same old pretentious "fight media" bilge as the rest. this one was simple and nice. oh, and you mean this could'nt be interpreted as having a "meaning"? i definately think it could.
