I was in that asylum. I was a teast subject for them. i remember putting pins through my ears so i couldnt hear the devil. They hurt me and Rapped me. Please help me tell them to leave me alone

Dixmont is a scary place right now but they r fixing it 2 a brand new place!!!

I wonder if it would payoff to rebuild a place like this, and show it of as a historical venue... This is a fantastic building, it's a waste that it is getting demolished.

I like this room. Has feeling. Looked to be sunny and bright in its hayday. Maybe it could have been for special visitors, like special doctors and they needed place to stay while visiting instead of have pay roam and board at a motel or bed and breakfast. Just a thought.

hey, me and my friends live around bowie/glenndale area, and me and derek exspecially like to go around glenndale and cry baby bridge, but one nite last week, we went up to the hospital with 2 of r friends, and we heard moaning coming from the woods, and people talking quietly from inside the building, also, one of r friends felt some1 grab his hand when we were not near him...also, my friend D can talk/see the spirits, he has a true story about how and y he can do it, but it is all true, hes talked to my friends and mine own passed relatives, and also talked to the spirits in our houses, and described our houses without evan being in them....i swear on this, he is willing to tell more if u r interested, is u want more information, please contact us, to contact D(derek) his number is [ edit - no personal phone #'s please ] or Justin at NikeBaseball1218@aol.com...we are looking for people who r interested in ghost searchin with us and to tell more stories about their experiences...
