love it

137 years later and that grave still looks nice

Wonder why there is wax/paint just thrown into it? Seems really pointless even by vandal standards. And only word I can make out is "Erected" and something that looks like "Puzarch" or "Puzarct" below it
YAY - New Gallery - Thanks Mr. M. A Cementary! Am thrilled.
Luminous Translucent Infrared Lush Foliage is an Awesome Event.
Yes; Google Earth has Street View, `Click to go´ so cruising down Kingsessing Ave. this dilapidated Gate is seen (basking in the Sun), and the other one also.

Wonder why they removed such? And hopefully those rotated pieces won't someday give and topple this gorgeous monument

Way too beautiful. That is some amazing craftsmanship

Those carvings are just eye candy. Is it the base of something that toppled or just a decoration in the cemetary?

'Tis a gorgeous column. Hopefully no one will get any funny ideas about destroying it or toppling it

@wanderer I assume its just the ornate tombstone that is above ground while the caskets rested well underneath it
That tree growing right out of the grave is amazing. But what I want to know is why there is nothing covering the tomb below from the elements? It looks like it never had anything covering that hole up

Is it an actual tree stump or a cement/concrete mold of such? It's an intresting choice of a marker regardless

Well at least the urn is still intact but wheres the tombstone it came from? Looks pretty heavy to just throw around

Is it just sheared off/broken or is it one of those flat tomstones stacked on another? And Skillman sounds like a pretty average superhero if you ask me

THAT is some attention to detail. Those etched flowers look amazing

It mustve been windy the day you went here. There's motion blur in a lot of these pictures. That aside, I love the design of that cross
