I'm in love, too!

OK, now I am in love with balance. I know, I know - I'm cheap and easy and fall in love with someone new every few pages. But I DO so enjoy myself. :-)

The room could've changed functions, of course... Might have been used for storage curing the clearing-out phase, and it would be an easy leap to using a master lock because the keys for the regular locks were unavailable.

Shawn: Even my Amateur Psychologist knowledge tells me that humor can be a tool to defuse tension. Looking at these pics causes tension. Lynne, who has provided some very good information in other galleries, is just having some fun with the subject matter while enjoying the pics. There's a lot of people who see some of these and immediately leap to assumptions of abuse, gross negligence, and horror movie stuff.

I don't know how Tom Tom got in where my name usually it, but you are right, I am definitely corn-fused. But maybe Tom Tom does type back and forth to himself!! He's quite a guy!

Ha! Poor Janice became corn-fused and typed her name as "Tom Tom"! I was getting a little corn-fused there myself 'til I figgered it out - I thought Tom Tom was typing back and forth to himself! 8`-)

Wow, this picture is giving me vertigo, or the bends!

They are actually fairly comfortable. All new staff are supposed to sit in or try on each piece of equipment to see what it's like and get a little empathy for the person who uses it. I found the sidelyers surprisingly comfortable and I would never have thought it by looking at them. Since many people who use this equipment are verbal, you can get very quick feedback on how comfortable it is. There are also a lot of physiological signs that can clue you in quickly if the equipment is not comfortable.
