I have tried to pull up some pix of this place when it was up and running. All I could find was an old postcard of the train that used to run there from the main Hellingly Depot. Does anyone have any old pix or could steer me to old pix of this place?

Morgana - I had an idea and unfortunately these commodities were the only way I could convey it. I was not entirely happy with them either but it was all I could use with the limited time, money, and resources I had. I'm sorry you didn't enjoy these, all further models will most likely be placed in a different section of the website.

kathyd - I wished the shots would've looked more timeless, unfortunately I could not access an older model bow (they aren't very popular in NYC). Thank you for your input and suggestions.

This view makes me think that if photos were shown to family members, this one would be likely to be a large photo that would take up part or most of a page, or two pages across....along with that elegant room and the theatre, too.....to reassure them the place their loved one is going is a "good place". (sorry, dark thought of "what you don't see" sparked that comment)

Some places had quite a bit of graffiti, I try to keep it out of the photos if it looks bad... but it wasn't much different than the USA.

Yes they were stands for the big hair dryer mechanisms that are now gone...
