Hello, This comment isn't about the Pines, it's about another resort called Beverly Farms. It was in Freehold (Greenville) NY. I can't seem to find anything on it-it's like the place never existed. I would be so happy to hear if anyone remembers it, workerd there, ANYTHING! The last time I was there was 1989. It would mean the world to me if anyone would respond. Thank you!

my friends locked me on one of them for a laugh...and i actually managed to hurt myself on the radiator guard by accident...i dont think they were that effective for those who intend to hurt themselves. this picture really captures the misery though.

some parts really dont seem old...it feels odd when you are there...walking through decay and such...and then its like you are just in a hospital at night...but no ones there and the floor could do with sweeping. :D

Ladyhawke04008--From your 7/18 comment...If Motts designed a building, it would cost millions, if not more...They would have to search the world over to find the builders capable of creating a building to ~Motts' ~ spec's!!
